Wednesday 23rd October, 10.30-3pm at Sedgwick Park House near Horsham, West Sussex.
Eating great food can become increasingly hard if you suffer from food sensitivities or health problems, are looking to lose weight or feel fitter, just want to eat a more ethical and sustainable diet and be sensitive to the world around you.
This one-day workshop will look at how to eat great food you love that loves you back. We will explore food sensitivities and their health implications, how you can find out just what the problem is, how to look after your microbiome and lots more. Then we will get into the kitchen and get some practical experience in creating easy but tasty 'free-from' dishes including dairy-free, egg-free and gluten-free options.
Finally we will sit down and eat!
There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions.
The workshop price includes all information, refreshments, food and recipes to take home. There will also be an opportunity to buy signed copies of my book Eat Well Live Well with The Sensitive Foodie. Tickets are payable in advance.
