All my courses are currently only available online. They provide accessible information that help you learn more about why whole-food plant-based eating is the way to go, and, most importantly, how to make positive sustainable changes.

2. The full Eat Well Live Well Online course – 5 weeks packed full of essential information with weekly group calls and loads of support from me. These run at specific times of the year and are perfect for anyone wanting to making positive changes to their health, or are supporting someone changing the way they eat. This course is accredited with the British Society for Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and is suitable for health professionals wanting to learn how they can support their patients with plant-based eating. 3. If you are need of individual support and guidance, you can book an enhanced version of the full Eat Well Live Well online course. This includes three one to one sessions with me. This individual support will help you make the positive changes specific for your needs. This option runs at the same time as the main course, so you get group support too. 3. If you want to access great information about whole food plant based eating TODAY, then the basic any time access version of Eat Well Live Well online is for you. 5 units accessible any time so you can go at the speed that suits you. This course is perfect if you’re looking for great information but prefer to go at your own pace. It may be called ‘basic’ but it includes much of the essential information included in the main course without the recipes, cooking videos and group support. Click here to find out more.
