I'm so excited to be at Vegfest this year - as a speaker! As part of Plant-Based Health Professionals, I will be giving a talk on how to make easy changes to transition to a whole-food plant-based diet.
I will also have a stand for the day selling my book and sharing some exciting up-coming courses and resources in The Sensitive Foodie Kitchen.
